License Grant (Royalty-Free Use) Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the purchased products in: Music productions Film, video, games, and multimedia projects Commercial and non-commercial works Broadcast, streaming, and live performance contexts No additional royalties or fees are required. 3. Resale and Redistribution You may not: Resell, sub-license, share, or redistribute the products as standalone files Claim ownership or authorship of the original content Repackage the products in competing libraries or marketplaces However: You may use the products within larger creative works (e.g., songs, films, games, client projects) that are sold or distributed. 4. No Liability for Downstream Use or Resale Scropsaudio is not responsible for how end users, clients, or third parties use products once incorporated into a larger work. You agree that: Any resale, licensing, or distribution of your finished productions is your responsibility Scropsaudio cannot be sued or held liable for downstream use, misuse, or interpretation of products after purchase 5. Refunds Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final, unless otherwise required by law. 6. Termination We reserve the right to terminate access to our services if these terms are violated. Previously purchased licenses remain valid unless revoked due to fraud or illegal activity. 7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States
